Adam Coe - Projects Director

Adam has over 15 years’ experience as a Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor.  In his previous role at Edmond Shipway he successfully delivered a wide range of projects for customers in the Leisure, Retail, Financial, Healthcare and Commercial sectors, including Ashall Projects.  In these he demonstrated an ability to add value and maintain cost control during both pre and post contract phases.  As Projects Director Adam is responsible for managing the design team and the contract to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and on budget and meet customers’ expectations.
