Mark Ashall - Chairman

Mark has been a Director of Ashall Property for 20 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate development, investment and asset management.  Following successful development of Cobalt, one of the UK's largest office parks, with a joint venture partner, Mark has broadened the company's focus to include hotel development and operations in addition to office development.

Mark previously worked for Swire Pacific in Hong Kong where he held a variety of senior management roles including being responsible for Swire’s industrial joint venture activities in Greater China.
