Sarah Sabin is a Director of Seymour Architects who designed and delivered the first two buildings on Centre Square.  Sarah said "The aspiration was to create a flexible and sustainable floor plate that will attract companies and employees to Middlesbrough.   High quality work environment such as that achieved in these buildings will enhance employee experience and satisfaction within their work environment.  This in turn will improve staff wellbeing, which is proven to increase productivity, key for any business.  By offering flexibility and choice it’s possible to empower employees and provide the best facilities for them to manage the task in hand".
