Abbots Park, Preston Brook

A 5 acre site adjacent to junction 11 of the M56 near Runcorn, Cheshire acquired in 2001. Planning approval for the construction of 9 office buildings was secured the following year.  The first phase of the development was completed in 2003 and all the buildings were either let or sold to property investors within 18 months of practical completion.  The second phase of the development was completed in 2006.  Again all of the buildings in this phase were let or sold to property investors within 18 months of practical completion.
